Absolutely! Check out our calendar on the ​Events page for the date of the next meeting

what if i don't have a lathe?

Attend one of our Club meetings or MOST Day events (when they resume) and use a club lathe to see whether you want to continue down the path of purchasing your own lathe. Alternatively fill out a Contact request asking to be connected with one of our Mentors.

are private lessons available?

Yes, a couple of our members offer lessons. Check out the classified ads section of a recent newsletter for more information on who to contact.

what important safety gear do i need?

The most important items are a good faceshield or at least safety glasses as well as a good dust mask

how old do you have to be to get involved?

A child of at least 5 years of age can turn with appropriate supervision.  Adults can too!
